⚠️ Important: The apartment is situated in the heart of Da Nang Beach, right across from the city square where holiday events and music festivals are held. While this offers great access to vibrant nightlife, it may be noisy at times, which could be a concern for light sleepers. While this is perfect for those looking for energy and fun, it may not be suitable for guests sensitive to noise. Guest Access You’ll have exclusive access to your apartment, complete with living and dining spaces, a fully equipped kitchen, and a private bathroom. As part of the A LA CARTE apartment you'll also enjoy access to all hotel facilities, including: Access: Rooftop infinity pool (6 am – 7 pm) Gym (6 am – 7 pm) Street parking area Laundry facilities (washers & dryers available in the basement) Restaurant (breakfast and all-day meals) Rooftop bar Spa & Massage services Coffee and pastry shop 

⚠️ Please note that access to the gym and rooftop pool is not included in the room rate, as many guests do not utilize these facilities. To keep room prices more affordable for everyone, we offer these amenities for an additional fee, allowing those who wish to use them to pay accordingly. Breakfast: Not included, but available at the FishCa Restaurant (6:30 am – 10:00 am).

Room Cleaning: We offer cleaning services on request, with a fee for changing linens and towels. Please notify us 1 day in advance. 

Towels: Two towels per guest. Damaged towels will be charged at 200,000 VND each. Please avoid using towels to clean makeup or messes. 

Public Areas: You’ll have access to the ocean-view infinity pool (24th floor) and gym (23rd floor). Other hotel facilities like the restaurant, spa, and rooftop bar are available for a fee. (Chargable) 

Parking: Paid parking for motorbikes and bicycles in the building’s basement; paid car parking is available across the street, 50 meters away. Mini-Mart: A 24/7 convenience store is located next to the hotel. 

Trash Disposal: Trash bins are located at the end of the corridor behind the glass door for easy disposal. Late check-out is subject to availability; please confirm in advance. 

Accommodation Registration For security purposes, we will register your stay with the local authorities. This includes taking a photo of your passport’s main page and Vietnam entry stamp during check-in. This applies to all members of your group.
